Introduction

Soothing and yummy cup of help for overall well being. Both the ginger and the lemon have nutrients to help with digestion, arthritis, and a host of other ailments. It has been touted for weight loss help but I will withhold comment until I have been on it longer. Very tasty though. Soothing and yummy cup of help for overall well being.
