Ingredients

    1 lb Turkey - 99% Fat Free - Jennie O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 stalk Celery, raw
    1/2 Med. Green Bell Pepper, diced
    1 Onion, diced
    1 can Great Value Diced Tomatoes - no salt added
    1 can Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added
    2 tsp Oregano, ground
    1 tsp Basil
    1/2 tsp Garlic, minced, jar, great value,
    1 cup Water, tap
    1/2 cup, sliced Mushrooms
    5 Red Potatoes, diced
    1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray casserole dish and set aside.
Chop celery, onions, green pepper and slice mushrooms. Set aside.
Saute turkey, onions, peppers and celery in oil until meat is browned and vegetables are tender.
Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, mushrooms, oregano, basil and garlic. Bring to a boil and cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Pour mixture into casserole dish. Top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes.
