Ingredients

    *Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 6 strips (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 plum tomato (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Curry powder, .5 tbsp (remove

Directions

Chop all veggies and add them to hot pan with either hot oil or melted butter, stir-fry until slighty crunchy, add curry to taste, mix.
