Delicious! My husband says these are the best he's ever tried. For more fluffy balls, use seltzer water in place of the chicken broth. For more flavor use chicken schmaltz instead of olive oil (I always use left over fat skimmings from my chicken stock). Delicious! My husband says these are the best he's ever tried.
