    4 oz. tilapia fillet
    Salt substitute
    black pepper
    Creole seasoning (or a combination of the following sprinkled on each side of fillet : onion powder, garlic powder, oregano leaves, basil, thyme, cayenne pepper, celery seed, paprika)


Take desired amount of fillets that you want to prepare. Each fillet is one serving. Sprinkle seasoning on each side of fillet.
Spray Pam into pan and heat. Place fillets into pan and cook on each side for approximately 4 minutes. Fish is done when it will flake easily.
Very good! Serve with green beans, salad, and possibly a small baked potato!
