Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 cloves minced garlic
    1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
    1/2 water
    1/2 cup honey
    1 t garlic powder
    1 t onion powder
    1/4 t ground black pepper
    1/2 t crushed red pepper flakes
    2 T corn starch
    1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size piecs
    2 T olive oil

Directions

Combine all ingredients except for chicken and olive oil in medium bowl. Use a whisk to make sure honey is well incorporated. In stir fry pan or large skillet, heat olive oil over medium to high heat. Add chicken chunks, reduce heat to medium and cook chicken chunks until outsides are no longer pink. Pour sauce mixture over chicken and stir to combine. Cover, reduce heat to medium low and simmer until chicken is cooked through and sauce is thickened. If you like a thicker sauce you can increase the amount of corn starch. Add preferred veggies and serve over rice or noodles.
