    4 Medium Idaho potatoes, sliced
    2 Large Vidalia Onions, sliced
    1 cup Ranch Salad Dressing, lite
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese, low-fat


Slice potatoes and cook in a saucepan with 1/2 cup of water until tender, but not soft. Drain. Slice onions. Layer onions and potatoes in 10x13 glass baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Pour ranch dressing over top. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Uncover and cook 5 minutes longer to brown. Makes 6 servings.
