Ingredients

    3 cup Spaghetti Squash
    1 lb ground chicken breast
    1/4 of a Med. Green Bell Pepper
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 clove Garlic
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 small can spinach
    1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
    1/2 tsp dried ground basil
    1/4 tsp Pepper, black
    1/4tsp Salt
    1 carton (3 cups) Pomi Strained Tomatoes
    1 cup Fancy Italian Cheese Blend Shredded Cheese

Directions

Halve the spaghetti squash, remove the seeds and bake in the oven at 375 for 45 min or until tender. Let cool, then shred the flesh. Sautee the veggies in a large pan. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink. Add the squash to the meat and veggies. Add the strained tomatoes and herbs. Add the salt, pepper and cheese. Place in greased casserole dish and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Serves 4
