Ingredients

    1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1.0 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin
    1.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    2.0 cup Oats, Quaker
    2.0 tbsp Honey
    0.5 cup Milk, 3.25%
    1.0 tsp Baking Soda
    1.0 tsp Baking Powder
    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw

Directions

1. Toss everything in the blender except the baking powder and baking soda 2. When everything is blended add the baking powder and baking soda. 3. Pour in the muffin tin 4. Preheat the oven to 400 degree Fahrenheit 5. Bake till golden brown for 15 minutes. Toothpick will come out clean
