Ingredients

1 cup or 252 g Kirkland - Organic Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Egg, Kirkland Organic Brown (Large)
1/4 cup or 50 g Organic Sugar, Kirkland
1 tbsp Molasses, blackstrap
1/2 cup Oats, Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oats
1/2 cup (5 serving) Ghiradelli Chocolate 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Chip
Tips
The cookie dough feels crumbly, but it will come together in your hand.
Directions
Blend peanut butter, sugar, and molasses together.
Stir in egg. Dough will become stiff and a little crumbly.
Stir in oats, then chocolate chips.
Use a small scoop or your hand to form 1.5 in. balls.
Place balls on a lined cookie sheet, and press flat with the palm of your hand.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350F.
IMPORTANT: Allow to cool on cookie sheet before removing.
