    1/2 cup Plain White Flour
    1/2 cup Wholegrain Flour
    1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
    1/2 tsp Dried Basil
    1/4 cup Extra Lean Ham
    1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper, chopped
    1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1/2 cup Creamed Corn
    1 small Egg, beaten
    2 tsp Canola Oil


Preheat oven to 350 Deg F (180 deg C)

Grease 6 hole muffin tin.

Mix the first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in a jug and mix into the dry. (Do not overmix)

Place spoonfuls into the muffin tin and bake for @ 20 minutes, or until skewer inserted comes out clean.

Remove from tin and serve.
