    1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
    1/2 shallot, chopped
    3 tbsp dry sherry
    1/2 tbsp flour
    1 can beef broth
    2 whole grain buns
    6 oz roast beef, sliced
    1 tsp McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning


I cut this recipe in half otherwise it makes WAY too much for us.

Over medium heat, add olive oil for one minute. Add shallots and saute 2 minutes. Whisk in sherry and cook for 3 minutes.

While whisking, slowly pour in beef broth. Bring to boil over high heat then reduce to low and simmer.

Dip slices into au jus and place on buns. Add steak seasoning.
