Introduction

These are great alone or served with your favorite healthy sauce. These are great alone or served with your favorite healthy sauce.

Ingredients

    16 oz Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 slices Aunt Millie's Light Whole Grain Bread, torn into pieces
    1/4 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original
    1 small Onions, finely diced
    2 clove Garlic, minced
    1 tsp Italian Seasoning
    1/4 tsp sea salt
    1/4 tsp Pepper, black

Tips

I make a batch of these and use the leftovers for lunch the next day. They also freeze well.


Directions

Preheat oven to 400*
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes. Form into walnut sized balls (I use a 1 tbsp cookie scoop). Place on a foil lined baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 20 minutes until cooked through.

Serving Size: makes 6 servings-5 meatballs each
