Introduction

Stuffed bell peppers Stuffed bell peppers
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    6 oz Cheese- Med Cheddar Cheese Tillamook
    12 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean

Directions

Cook ground Turkey in a skillet on medium heat until browned
Season to desired taste
Hollow out peppers and remove seeds
Fill peppers with browned ground turkey until slightly over flowing
Place in over on 425 for 25 minutes
Remove from oven, top with cheese
Return to oven until cheese melts
Serve while hot.
