    0.25 tbsp Caraway Seed
    0.25 tsp Chili powder
    1.0 dash Pepper, black
    0.25 tsp Turmeric, ground
    2.0 dash Salt
    1.0 1tsp Canola Oil
    2.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    1.0 cup, sliced Zucchini
    7.0 Grams Rice flour, white
    1.0 tbsp Cilantro, dried
    30.0 gram(s) gram flour/chick pea flour

Directions

Cut the potatoes and zucchini in thin slices. Mix all the dry ingredients. Add the oil and about 1/2 c water to make a dough that can coat the vegetable slices. Heat the oil for deep frying . When hot enough dip the vegetables into the dough and then deep fry until golden brown Serving Size: Makes 2 servings
