Ingredients

    1 can beans, drained
    1 c. brown rice
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. corn starch
    2 Tbsp. salsa

Directions

Mash beans with fork. Mix well with rice, onion, corn starch and salsa. Form into 4 'burgers'

Heat olive oil spray in skillet. Add burgers. And brown on each side. Serve on bun with lettuce and tomato.

Non vegans can sub one egg for the corn starch.
