Ingredients

    16 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin
    0.5 cup Cereal Quaker Oatmeal Reg 1/2c dry = 150cals (40g) Old Fashioned Oats Whole Grain Regular
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tbsp Onions, dehydrated flakes
    .25 cup 2 % KROGER MILK REDUCED FAT
    .5 tsp Garlic powder
    .25 tsp Thyme, ground
    .5 tsp Salt
    .125 tsp Pepper, black
    6 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
    8 tbsp Kroger Tomato Ketchup (1Tbsp, 17g) (by CJBUBBA)

Directions

Mix together all ingredients except brown sugar and ketchup. Spray cooking spray into 7 muffin cups. Divide the meat mixture among the 7 cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. While meatloaves are baking, mix together the brown sugar and ketchup. When 30 min is up, spoon a tablespoon of the ketchup mixture over the loaves. Cook for 5 minutes more.
