    50.0 gram(s) Coconut flour
    0.2 cup Sun Maid, California Chopped Dates
    0.15 cup Pumpkin seeds
    0.15 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt
    1.0 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    1.0 serving Apple - Pink Lady
    0.5 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry

180C fan assisted oven for 20 minutes or so.
