Ingredients

    1.5 cup Oats
    0.5 cup, mashed Banana
    2.5 tbsp Coconut Oil
    3 tbsp Honey
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    0.5 cup of dried Cranberries

Directions

1.Preheat your oven to 350 (180 Celsius) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper (or grease it). 2. In a small bowl, Mash the banana with all of the other wet ingredients: honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract. 3. In a medium bowl, mix all the other ingredients and then add the banana mixture. 4.Drop the dough on the cookie sheet (about 1-2 tablespoon per cookie) 5.Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cookies firm up a bit and start to turn golden at the edges 6. Let them cool completely. Serving Size: Make 10 cookies
