Ingredients

    16.0 oz Kirkland Perdue Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless
    0.25 cup Corn Starch
    18.0 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
    4.0 1tsp Sesame Oil
    3.0 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
    1.0 cup Brown Rice, long grain
    16.0 tbsp hoisin sauce

Directions

Cut chicken into bite size pieces and coat in the corn starch. Brown the chicken in a skillet with a little bit oil. Mean while combine the hoisin sauce, sesame oil, Brown sugar, and rice vinegar (i also added a couple of shakes of crushed red pepper for some spice). Spray a 913 pan with pam and place the chicken and the cut up broccoli. Add the sauce and stir to combine. Bake at 350 for 30 min
