Introduction

A regular at our house, I add fruit or nuts. I like to use pie spice half and half with the cinnamon. Bake it the day before it keeps well for days in the fridge making it an ideal instant breakfast! Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    6 cups oats
    1 cup brown sugar or Sucanat
    2 t cinnamon or mixed pie spice
    4 tsp Baking Powder
    1 1/2 t salt
    2 cup whole milk
    4 large eggs
    1 cup butter melted

Directions

Mix all ingredints together. Pour into oiled 13x 9 pan. Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes. Cut into 12 servings.

May add fruit, nuts, other favorite spices. I use coconut oil occasionally.
