Ingredients

    8 oz Great Value Mild Cheddar Cheese
    1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw
    8 oz Great Value Cream Cheese
    .25 cup Milk - Great Value 1% Low Fat Milk
    6 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
    6 serving Oscar Meyer Bacon, Thick Cut (by CLOVERGODDESS)
    2 serving Garlic, Minced, Spice World (garlic,water,phosphoric acid) (by HANSOMEBOY)
    8 oz Great Value Monterey Jack Cheese

Directions

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2) Steam cauliflower until tender - about 5 minutes
3) Cream together 6oz of cheddar, 6oz Monterey jack, cream cheese, and milk
4) Stir in sliced green onions, cooked and crumbled bacon, and garlic
5) Set aside
6) Drain liquid from steamed cauliflower and add to cheese mixture and stir
7) Pour into a 2-3 qt casserole and sprinkle on remaining 2 oz cheddar and 2oz Monterey Jack cheese
8) Cover and bake for 25 minutes
9) Remove foil and continue baking until cheese is brown and bubbly
