Ingredients

    16 oz Taylor Farms - Organic Baby Kale Mix (Baby Spinach, Kale, Chard, & Carrots)
    .5 cup Milk, 1%
    .5 tbsp Canola Oil
    .5 tsp Salt
    .5 tsp Baking Soda
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    2 cup Oats, Quaker
    3 tbsp Chia Seeds CHIA POWER Navitas
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .5 cup Granulated Sugar
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Tips

You can add nuts or berries, or even chocolate chips. Adjust for moisture content, less milk if need be. Use almond milk, use coconut oil, try flaxseed in place of chia if that's what you have. This recipe is accommodating to substitutions.


Directions

Grind oats and chia, set in mixing bowl. Blend remaining ingredients in blender. Pour wet ingredients into dry, mix well-- no lumps. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
