    stone ground corn meal - 3/4 c.
    water - 2 c.


boil water; stream cornmeal in slowly, whisking constantly. cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. spread in lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish and allow to cool overnight. cut into 8 squares and cook as desired - fry, grill, etc. 1 serving = 2 pieces
