    4 cups cooked white rice
    5 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
    2 tsp sugar
    1 large cucumber, sliced lengthwise into strips
    1 stick imitation crab meat
    1 sheet nori


Combine rice vinegar, sugar, and rice.
Spread over the nori sheet.
In the center of the sheet, place the crab meat and a piece of cucumber.
Roll the nori into a tube.
Slice into 8 pieces per roll.
