    1 pound ziti
    32 cherry tomatoes halved
    1grn bell pepper cut into thin strips
    1 red bell pepper cut into thin strips
    2 cloves garlic crushed
    4 tbspns olive oil
    4 tbspns butter
    1 1/2 whole chicken breasts halved and grilled then cut into strips.
    1/2 cup dry white wine


Cook your pasta drain and rinse.
Add grilled chicken to pasta (optional).

Heat butter, oil and garlic for about 30 seconds. Add peppers, tomatoes, onions and wine, and saute' for about 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally.
Once done add to pasta and chicken and toss.
Can be served warm or cold.
