Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Onion finely Chopped

    1 Large red pepper finely chopped

    Half a cup of walnuts finely chopped or processed

    1tbsp Tomato puree

    2tbsp Olive oil

    Pinch of salt

Directions

Heat the olive oil in a pan.
Add the finely chopped onion and peppers on medium heat, keep stirring until they soften.

Add the remaining ingredients and keep stiring for another 3 minutes.

Remove from heat, and leave to cool.

Place in a serving dish and garnish with a drop of olive oil.
