    400 grams Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
    2 cup Cauliflower, raw , sliced
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw , sliced from root end
    1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    350 gram(s) Tesco Italian Sieved Passata (by YVONNECP)
    2 serving Boston Market New Potatoes , 1" cubes
    3 tsp Garam Masala Indian Spice Mix (by BIGGIRL2082010)
    15 gram(s) Madras Curry Powder (by IVYLAROCQUE)
    0.75 cup Aldi Extra Fine Green Beans, frozen
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    2 tbsp Coconut Milk Powder - Maggi (by MUMSICLE)
    3 cloves of garlic, sliced


I use a hot madras curry powder, but really any preferred curry powder can be used instead.


Sauté onion, garlic and green pepper in the olive oil until soft. Add the beans, curry powder and half of the Garam Masala and cook for about a minute over a medium heat, stirring constantly. Add the passata and bring to the boil, then add the potato chunks and cook for 10 minutes, uncovered. Stir in the coconut powder, cauliflower slices and remaining Garam Masala, cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Can be served over rice or eaten as is.
