Ingredients

    1 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 p Apples, fresh with skin
    1.5 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    .75 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .18 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    .25 tsp Salt
    .5 cup Molasses
    1.25 cup Almond Breeze Almond Coconut Milk Blend Unsweetened
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .5 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 serving *BUTTER, SMART BALANCE LIGHT(1 TBS)

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray PAM into 9x6 glass pan. Dice apples and place throughout the bottom of the pan.

In a large bowl mix well: oats, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. In another bowl mix molasses, milk, egg, vanilla extract and melted margarine.

Add liquid to dry mix, stir well and pour into the pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
