Introduction

All the flavor of stuffed peppers...in a soup! All the flavor of stuffed peppers...in a soup!

Ingredients

    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tbsp Coconut Oil
    1 can (10.75 oz) condensed Tomato Soup
    1lb ground pork, beef or turkey
    2 cloves garlic
    1 Green Bell Pepper
    32oz beef or chicken broth
    Low fat shredded cheddar cheese
    Rice or pasta (optional)

Directions

Heat coconut oil in a pan on medium heat. Brown 1lb of ground pork and drain fat. Dice green bell pepper and garlic and add to ground meat. Saute 5-7 minutes until tender. Add salt, pepper and cayenne. Stir in 32oz of beef broth and 1 can of condensed tomato soup. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes. Add your favorite rice or pasta if you aren't afraid of the carbs and sprinkle with some low fat cheddar cheese for a really yummy addition! Serving Size: 8 1-cup servings
