Introduction

Ingredients

    .50 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    .33 tbsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread
    1 tsp Garlic Minced (by MASHELDON)
    .25 tsp Basil
    .66 tbsp Parsley
    10 large Shrimp, raw
    4 grinds of McCormick Pepper and garlic
    4 grinds trader joes pink sea salt
    1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
    Parmesan cheese

Tips

The biggest part of the preparation, was removing the shells, that took about 5 minutes, figure another five to gather the ingredients and measure out.


Directions

Preheat frying pan with the oil. Add the garlic and almost immediately add shrimp. Sprinkle with herbs, salt & pepper. Cook shrimp for 2 -3 minutes, until pink on one side. Turn over and cook another 2 minutes. Squeeze lemon juice over the whole thing. Remove pan from heat.

I served this with Ravioli, and so cooked the pasta then added it to the shrimp in the pan to incorporate the sauce.
