    8 oz Whole grain pasta - Rigatoni
    8 oz Mozzarella Cheese
    1 cup Ricotta Cheese
    2 Cups Tomato Sauce
    1 Medium Onion, Chopped
    1/2 lb Ground Turkey, lean
    2 cloves Garlic, chopped
    1 Cup Red Wine


1- Preheat oven to 350 Degrees

2- Boil pasta until just fully cooked

3- In sauce pan, brown turkey with onions and garlic. Once fully cooked add wine and let simmer to boil down liquid. Once Boiled down add tomato sauce and mix throughly

4- Add pasta, ricotta cheese, and sauce mixture to a 9 inch round casserole dish, with tall walls. Mix throughly together. Cover top with Mozzarella Cheese.

5- Bake in over for 20-30 minutes. Cheese should be melted and sauce bubbling through
