Ingredients

    12 oz Barilla Pasta, Penne
    1 medium yellow onion chopped fine
    3 clove Garlic chopped fine
    3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 stalk fresh rosemary, chopped
    1 tsp. truffle oil
    1/4 cup grated parmessan cheese, good quality
    1 cup Portabella Mushrooms

Directions

Saute onion-garlic, mushrooms and rosemary in olive oil. Make sure onion is golden and garlic is not burnt.
Boil pasta in 3 quarts of salted water and some olive oil.
When al dente, drain pasta toss with onion mixture.
Add cheese and toss again
Drizzle with truffle oil on top of each individual serving.
