Number of Servings: 16


    1.5 sticks unsalted butter
    1.5 cups sugar
    3 eggs
    1.5 tsp vanilla
    1 cup sour cream
    .25 cup milk
    2.5 cups flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    .5 tsp baking soda
    .5 tsp salt
    2 cups fresh blueberries


Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time then add vanilla, milk, and sour cream. In a separate bowl sift together the dry ingredients. On low speed add to mixer and mix only until blended. Fold in blueberries. Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
