    1.0 tsp Salt
    2.0 tbsp Olive Oil
    1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour


Mix salt and flour together Mix water and oil together in separate bowl Add liquid to flour Mix by hand till dough is not sticky and cleaning the sides of the bowl. If too flaky, add more water, a few drops at a time. If too sticky, add more flour. Separate into palm sized balls Roll out as thin as possible Fry in 1 tbs oil on hot pan till golden brown, flip to Brown other side. Cool on plate. Great bread for pizzas, prefect for tacos too if they're slightly undercooked (to make them soft). I use it as a side for soups, with dips, sandwiches, gyros, etc. Can make ahead and refrigerate dough for a day if tightly wrapped. Can freeze or refrigerate cooked bread for a very long time if sealed well. Serving Size: 1 flatbreads
