    1.5 cup Arrowhead Mills Puffed Millet Cereal (by MISHZEBRA)
    4 tbsp Sun Butter (Sunflower seed butter)
    4 tbsp Cashew Butter
    2 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nature's Way Pure Extra Virgin
    .75 serving Maple Syrup - Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup)
    5.3 tbsp Brown rice syrup, organic [Lundberg] (by VEGAN_ENGINEER)
