Ingredients

    1 lb Turkey, Butterball Ground Turkey 93% Lean
    1 box Pasta, Ronzoni Smart Taste penne
    1 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    1 cup cheese, Kraft Italian 5 cheese blend
    2 cans Hunts 100% Natural Tomato Sauce, no salt added
    1 6 oz can Hunts no salt added Paste
    1 can Great Value Diced Tomatoes - no salt added
    1 tbsp Basil
    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
    3/4 cup Onions, Diced & Frozen
    1/2 cup Sliced Mushrooms, frozen
    1 tsp Sage, ground
    1 1/2 cup Zucchini , chopped into bite size pieces (1 medium)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta according to directions on the box. Except do not add salt or oil.
In a large skillet brown the sausage, onions and red peppers. Once the vegetables have softened and meat is done, Pour off any excess fat. Add the remaining ingredients except the pasta.
Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat and cover for about 20 minutes.
Add the pasta to the mixture and stir well. Pour into prepared casserole dish, cover and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the cover and sprinkle the cheese over the top. Put back in the oven and bake for about 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
