    * *Barilla Plus Penne, 16 oz (remove)
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Garlic, 7 clove (remove)
    * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 4 cup (remove)
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 3 cup, strips (remove)
    * Tomato Paste, 2 can (6 oz) (remove)
    * Tomato Sauce, 2 cup (remove)
    * Tomato Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove)
    * Olive Oil, .5 cup (remove)


In a baking dish, add garlic with skin. Pour olive on the garlic. Roast at 450 for 10-15 minutes. Take the garlic out and chop or blend in food processor. Boil pasta until slightly tender but not all the way done. Save about two cups of pasta water. Cook the remaining vegetables in the garlic infused olive oil. Add tomato paste, sauce, and soup. Add seasonings and pasta water. Makes 15 1-cup servings. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
