Number of Servings: 8

    3/4 cup nonfat egg substitute
    1 cup 1% milk
    1/3 cup flour
8 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese
4 ounce can chopped green chilis
    8 ounce can tomato sauce

Preheat the oven to 350.

Coat an 11" x 7"or 8" x 8" pan with non-stick spray.

Mix shredded cheeses together and set aside.

Beat together milk, egg substitute and flour until smooth.

Put about half the cheese in the bottom of the pan, and distribute about half the chopped chilis on top of it. Gently pour about half the egg-milk-flour mixture on top. Repeat with the remaining cheese, chilis, and egg mixture. Distribute the tomato sauce on top of the other ingredients.

Bake for about 50 minutes. (Actual baking time may vary depending upon whether you are using a glass or metal pan so check it starting at about 40 minutes.) The casserole is done when the center is set.
