    Ronzoni Healthy Harvest whole wheat spaghetti style pasta (dry), 16 oz
    Diced tomatoes Italian style with Basil. Garlic and Oregano 1/2 cup
    Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, 1/4 cup
    Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz
    Olive Oil, .1/4 cup
    Sliced Mushrooms 6.5 oz can, 1 can
    Garlic, 5 cloves minced
    chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium, 3/4 cup
    Parsley, dried, 2 TBS
    Basil, 1 TBS
    Pepper, black, 1/4 tsp
    Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, 1/8 tsp
    Food Club Grated Parmesan Cheese, 1/2 cup
    garlic salt, 1/2 tsp
    salt to taste


1.) Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
2.) In large resealable plastic bag combine flour and garlic salt. Add chicken, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat.
3.) In a large skillet, saute chicken in 2 TBS of oil until no longer pink. Remove and keep warm. Saute garlic in remaining oil until tender. Add the broth, parsley, basil, pepper, pepper flakes and salt (if desired). Stir in the tomatoes, mushrooms and chicken; heat through.
4.) Drain Spaghetti. Add chicken mixture and cheese; toss to coat.

Serving size is 1-1/2 cups
