Number of Servings: 4

    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
14 oz Miller Amish Chicken Breast (by VSMITH84)
    1 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari)
2 serving beef o bradys buffalo sauce
    3 cup Zucchini
    1 cup Sweet Potato, baked
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 tbsp Oregano, ground

Be sure to add your favorite spices. Sprializing the zucchini is fun and different and it seems to steam quicker. Using a measuring cup forms a nice mound to top with the chicken mixture.

Use a fry pan Add oil onion and peppers, saute until translucent. Add cut up chicken into chunks and cook till almost done then top with sauce and tahini. Cover with the zucchini and a cover to keep in moisture. I spiralized mine and cooked until just tender. Mix and serve over the warmed sweet potato. I used a measuring cup and topped the potatoes with the chicken and veggies.
