Ingredients

    12 Chicken Thighs
    3 cups cooked white beans
    1 cup chopped onions
    2 cups chopped carrots
    Enough water to cover ingredients
    Salt and other seasonings to taste

Directions

Put thawed or frozen chicken thighs and any green herbs you like in a large pot of water. Boil until fully cooked. Remove chicken from water. Add beans, onions, carrots, and any other veggies you want to the water you cooked the chicken in. De-bone, de-skin, and chop up chicken thighs. Return chicken meat to water. Cook until carrots are tender. Salt, pepper, and whatever else to taste.
