Ingredients

    3.0 cup Bush's, Black Beans
    3.0 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
    2.0 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies
    0.75 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    18.0 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) Corn Tortillas

Directions

Grease 9x13 pan, preheat oven to 350 degrees f. Place 6 tortillas to cover the bottom of the dish. Drain and rinse one can of beans (1.5 cups) and spread evenly over tortillas. Drain 1 can of corn (1.5 cups) and spread evenly over black beans. Drain 1 can of hotel tomatoes with green chilies and spread over corn. Spread 1/4 cup of shredded cheese over tomatoes. Repeat the tortilla, beans, corn and cheese process. Then cover the dish with the remaining tortillas and cheese. Cook for 35 minutes til golden brown. Enjoy!
