    *Idaho Potato, 1 medium, 26 oz
    Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Dill weed, dried, 1 tbsp
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 8 tbsp
    *Lemon Juice, 2 fl oz
    *Flour, white, .25 cup
    Water 3 cups


Peal and cube potato's. Boil in 2 1/2 -3 cups water with onions until soft. (Like you are making mashed potato's). add in peas and dill. In a separate bowl mix the Lemon juice with the flour until a paste. Slowly add to the potato that are boiling. Reduce heat to low, cover, but stir often. Potato Mix should have a slight thicking of the liquid.
