    Egg, fresh, 6 medium
    Bacon, 2 medium slices, cooked
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.5 breast, bone and skin removed
    Provolone Cheese, 4 oz
    Cheddar Cheese, 0.75 cup, shredded
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
    Spinach, frozen, 0.5 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 4 medium
    Onions, raw, 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick)
    Salt, 0.5 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    *Whole Milk / Vitamin D, 0.25 cup
    Garlic powder, 0.5 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, 0.5 tbsp
    Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9"


Mix eggs, cheeses and milk in bowl. Sautee chicken, onion, and bacon. Add seasonings. Press water out of spinach. Add spinach and mushrooms to pan and continue to sautee. Add mixture to the eggs and stir. Pour egg mixture into pie shell. Bake at 350 for about 60 min.

Makes a 9 inch pie plate quiche divided into 8 pieces
