    1 lb chicken breasts (3-4 breasts)
    1 tbsp ground cumin
    1 tbsp chili powder
    3 garlic cloves, chopped
    2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
    1-2 tbsp live juice
    1 tbsp olive oil
    salt and pepper


Combine all of the ingredients except the chicken into a bowl. Stir into a paste-like mixture. Rub the mixture onto both sides of the chicken breasts. Let the chicken marinade for 20 - 30 minutes. Grill the chicken until cooked through. Slice the chicken, or cut it into bit-sized pieces. Serve is as taco or burrito filling, or I like to make a taco salad with it.
