    1 medium onion, finly chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 lb. lean ground turkey breast
    1 large egg white
    1 tablespoon dried dill
    1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard
    salt and pepper to taste


Heat chopped onions and garlic in pan with spray Pam just to softern them. Mean while mix remaining ingredients ground turkey, egg white, dill, mustard, and salt and pepper. Add the onions and garlic into the meat mixture. Form the mixture into 6 1/2 ince thick patties, using about 1/2 cup for each. Grill until no longer pink in center, about 5 minutes each side.

Makes 6 burgers.
