Introduction

Used Jamaican Jerk artisanal seasoned olive oil. Used Jamaican Jerk artisanal seasoned olive oil.

Ingredients

    4 tbsp Olive Oil
    250 Onions, raw
    150 Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    100 Zucchini
    425 Red Ripe Tomatoes
    150 Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)
    1 block Tofu, firm
    4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2 cup Goya, Pinto beans
    1.5 cup Goya Pink Beans (by CHGOMOMMA)
    1 cup Goya Black Beans

Directions

Saute onions and peppers in olive oil. Add tomatoes and zucchini. Slowly add water. Drain beans and add.
