Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 can (approx. 28 oz.) crushed tomatoes
    1/2 cup chopped raw onion
    1 can (7 oz.) sliced mushroom (4 oz. drained)
    1 can (7 oz.) peas and carrots, drained
    Salt to taste
    Pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
    1 Tbsp. Ground oregano

Directions

1. Spray nonstick large saucepan with cooking spray
2. Saute chopped onion until beginning to brown.
3. Add ground turkey and saute until cooked.
4. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat to simmer and cook approx. 30 minutes.
