    4.0 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, frozen, cooked or one fresh head
    1.5 cup White Rice, short grain, cooked
    1.0 cup Chicken Breast - Grilled, Perdue Short Cuts
    0.33 cup, shredded Swiss Cheese
    0.5 cup mozarella cheese, shredded
    0.5 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving)
    1.0 tsp Tarragon, ground
    3.0 tbsp Kraft miracle whip regular
    Black pepper to taste
    1.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    3.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    4.0 clove Garlic


Combine cheeses. Bring water to a boil. Add in rice and cauliflower, cover and simmer on low for 12 min. Meanwhile, melt the butter and cook the garlic in it for two min. Add tarragon, milk, and miracle whip. Mix on low until combined. Add chicken and coat well with sauce. When rice is done (cook out any excess water from the frozen cauliflower), add mixture, and 2/3 of the cheese, and pepper to test to the rice. Stir until combined. Pour it all into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Smooth out the mix and cover the top with remaining cheese. Bake for 20-25 min, or until cheese is browned. Let sit for 5-10 min and serve.
